Our Care Services

Our Care Service is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and we have regular inspections of our service.  The CSCI report is published on their web site [www.csci.org.uk].

In 2007, CSCI introduced a quality rating for each service to help people make informed choices about the quality of services in their area.

TCH had an unannounced inspection June 2007 and they assessed the quality of our service in each of the outcome areas and got the views of people using the service.  Their report decided that TCH provides an excellent three star (3*) service.  A fantastic achievement for everybody working at TCH!
